juan465 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Players may close their own juan465 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
juan465 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
